I hired Oakland Power Washing to have my metal roof and the siding cleaned.. The cost was reasonable and the crew that did it did a fantastic job. For anyone selling their house, I recommend having your siding cleaned. It will liven the curb appeal.

We needed our house power washed along with the driveway, and sidewalk. We met with three (3) companies. The third company that we met with was the Oakland Power Washing company. The estimators from the Oakland Power Washing company (Anthony and Kristy) were very polite and quite pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable of our power washing needs. We hired Oakland Power Washing company to power wash our house, driveway, and sidewalk. Upon the day of arrival, the Oakland Power Washing company representatives (Raymond and Michael) gave an explanation of what was going to be done. As well, the results of their work to be seen. While doing their job the generator stopped working. It amazed me that when it stop working, Raymond notified me. They did not just give an excuse and state that they would be back at a later date. He made a call to his home office. Within a hour or so, parts for the generator was delivered, installed and the work continued. Along the way, both Raymond and Michael asked how was the work being done looked so far. Upon completion of the requested work, Raymond asked me to inspect the results. Well, Raymond and Michael kept their word. The results were excellent. Please pass on my sincere appreciation for the work done and the desire to please the customer by Raymond and Michael. The Oakland team came out, told me what was possible. I really did not believe they could do what they were saying, but saving the decks and the wood siding was worth giving them a try. The office staff and the on site team were polite and professional. The on site team was prompt, worked hard, left property in great shape and I am just amazed with the results! They restored all of my wood and the home looks brand new. I just cannot recommend Oakland Power Washing any higher!

Oakland Power Washing I get a bunch of alerts from Ring so I check my cameras and see there at my house prepping to wash it. There moving a few things from the side of my house I have an American flag hanging I watch the gentleman take it and put it in his truck so it’s not on the ground. That to me was one of the most respectful things I could catch on camera. This is the type of company you want to have cleaning your house. Up most respect for these guys. Oakland Power Washing is the best! I work for a downtown hotel with 4 patios and 4000 square feet of valet. There are many times they take last minute requests. They do a fantastic job every time. Oakland Power Washing is my go to.

I had to reschedule. They stayed in touch via text. They were on time. Sent a text stating that they were 9 minutes out. Employees were very professional. Very accommodating and very friendly. They even washed my out building and that wasn’t in the initial quote! They were very knowledgeable of their product. Job was completed in a timely manner. 5 starts because these guys were knowledgeable and fair. My roof was pretty bad, full of algae. They came out and sprayed but didn't get everything off. They came out again and finished the job right. They also knocked off 80 bucks for accidentally spraying my car, which was not a big deal. Nice, honest guys.

They walked around and verified everything, took time to tape door knobs and locks so the washers didn’t ruin the metal finishing. They cleaned our steeple at Palestine Methodist Church. They changed our scheduled appointment to accommodate our request as we were getting a new roof on the church. Kristy was so easy to work with and so very kind and professional. The crew showed up on time and were extremely professional and proficient. The job they did was outstanding. Incredibly courteous and professional. Answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns. They made sure we knew if something didn't seem satisfactory they would promptly fix it. Which was absolutely not needed. They went above and beyond and took great detail in cleaning our fence and second story deck. We would refer them to anyone.

I have had multiple experiences with Oakland Power Washing and each one has been amazing. They are very professional, respond quickly, communicate effectively, and the work done was superb. The price was also extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any pressur washing needs!

We had some bushes removed and there was a lot of dirt and green gunk left over from the bushes. Oakland power washing actually did a soft wash and washed the soffit and the gutters as well and a little of the front walk for a little less than another company's bid for regular power washing. The difference is incredible. They also walked around the house with us after it was done and explained anything they weren't able to clean (stuff that we didn't even notice until they pointed it out). Their estimates are free and everyone responded promptly and they even sent a text when they were on their way (very precise at 17 minutes out and 13 minutes out). We will definitely be calling them again when we need another washing!

Hands down awesome!! Can’t believe this is the same house. Called Thursday for an estimate . Anthony was here within the hour to walk around the house with myself and ask about any problem areas I had or any areas I was concerned with. Anthony was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The guys came right on time that Saturday and I still can’t believe the amazing job they did! It’s like a new house . They did such a great job on our neighbor’s house my husband went over and talked to them. They ended up coming over and doing our house too! Nice guys, very reasonable price, and they respect your landscaping and belongings! Would highly recommend them!
